We’ve been sick so this week ended up taking a really long time to complete.
The Bible story this week was the Parable of the Talents. I read this one straight from the Bible since our storybook Bibles didn’t have it. School Girl colored the worksheet. Our verse was Col 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
The book of the week was The Gingerbread Man. School Girl painted the gingerbread man printable.
Our visual perception worksheet this week was completing the shapes. School Girl did okay with this one. She tends to want to draw curved or bubbled sides when they should be straight.
School Girl practiced her scissor skills by cutting out a circle and square. She did an awesome job. I think her cutting is better than some of her tracing. She also saw a maze in her notebook and really wanted to do that. I’ve learned to just let her work ahead when she is in a learning mood. She did great with it!
